RESTYLANEŽ
WHAT IS RESTYLANEŽ?
RestylaneŽ is an injectable filler for lip enhancement
and the correction of wrinkles. RestylaneŽ is made
of hyaluronic acid, a clear gel that is naturally
found in our skin, eyes and joints. It is one of
the very few substances that is identical in all
living organisms. Due to this reason, RestylaneŽ
requires no allergy testing. It is a safe, beneficial
and easy product to use to enhance an individual's
natural beauty.
WHERE CAN RESTYLANEŽ BE USED?
RestylaneŽ works by adding volume to the lips to
create a fuller and more sensual look. RestylaneŽ
also can be placed in the fold of wrinkles resulting
in a softer look or elimination of the wrinkle itself.
This is especially beneficial in the nasolabial
folds, those creases that extend from the nose down
past the corners of the mouth, and the creases that
extend out from the corners of the mouth.
WHEN ARE THE RESULTS OF THE TREATMENT SEEN?
Results can be seen immediately. Initially your
lips may be a little swollen, but they will look
naturally fuller and more sensual. Wrinkles will
soften and some will gradually fade away.
HOW LONG DO THE RESULTS LAST?
The results you get from RestylaneŽ will last about
6 months. Your body will slowly absorb the hyaluronic
acid. Touch-ups will be necessary to retain your
more youthful appearance.
WHAT ARE THE POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS?
Some common injection-related reactions may occur
after the injection of RestylaneŽ. Typical side
effects include swelling, pain or soreness, redness
or discoloration and itching. These reactions usually
resolve within a few days after injection into the
skin and within a week after injection into the
lips.
